Circolo Amici del Fiume, in cooperation with the International Canoe Federation (ICF) and the Italian Canoe Federation (FICK), announced the Turin Kayak Canoe Marathon (TKCM), which will be open to athletes and masters and will be held on Saturday, October 18th, and Sunday, October 19th, 2025.

CATEGORIES
Canoe, Kayak, and Ocean Racing - Men /Women /Mixed  – U16, U23, Junior, Senior, and Masters

CLASSES
Men     K1, K2, K4, C1, C2, C4, SS1, SS2, V1R, V1, V2R, V2, KS1 e KS2
Women      K1, K2, K4, C1, C2, C4, SS1, SS2, V1R, V1, V2R, V2, KS1 e KS2
Mixed  (Men /Women)    K2, K4, C2, SS2, V2R, V2 e KS2

DISTANCE
15 km without portage.  C4 and K4 10 km without portage.

PROVISIONAL TIMETABLE
Stationary start or one of the other starts described in the ICF Canoe Marathon Competition Rules. The timetable will be published on the Marathon website.

ENTRIES
Registrations must be made exclusively through the website www.turinkayakcanoemarathon.it.
The entry fee is €10.00 for U23, U16, and Junior categories, and €15.00 for Senior and Master categories.
The entry fee must be paid for each athlete in the crew for each race in which they are registered.
The registration deadline is midnight on Monday, October 21th, 2025.
Foreign clubs that register at least one K4 may be eligible for the "trailer" bonus for transporting boats.   The bonus must be defined according to the Organising Committee.
The trailer bonus will be transferred to the eligible clubs after the race has taken place.

In case of race cancellation, the entry fee will be refunded at 50%, or 100% if used for registration in the following year’s marathon.

WITHDRAWALS
Only by email at withdrawal@turinkayakcanoemarathon.it
The withdrawal deadline is at midnight on October 21, 2025. Only on-time withdrawals will be refunded. 

REGISTRATION
Friday, October 24 2025, from 17:00 to 19:00; Saturday, October 25 2024, from 8:00 to 9:30; and Sunday, October 26, from 8:00 to 8:30 at the venue, in the registration office of the Club Circolo Amici del Fiume.

ANTIDOPING
Antidoping control may / will be undertaken by NADO–Italia or by Ministero della Salute during the event. 
Antidoping inspectors may be present, applying the National antidoping rules and laws.
    
NOTES    
The official schedule, the starting procedure, and the timetables will be released after registration.
As an International race isn't mandatory, the jackets/buoyancy aids are optional. For safety reasons, the Organising Committee reserves the right to make wearing life jackets/buoyancy aids mandatory if river conditions dictate.
Masters age groups:   A 35-39 years, B 40-44 years, C 45-49 years, D 50-54 years, E 55-59 years, F 60-64 years, G 65-69 years, H  70-74 years, I ≥ 75 years.
