INFORMATION WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE ART. 13 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 (General Regulation on Data Protection)

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter "Regulations") and in relation to personal data concerning them, including photographs and videos, acquired during the phase of membership of the Club and during the period of stay as a member, which will be processed, we inform you of the following:


The legal basis for processing personal data consists of the registration contract (perfected or perfected) at the sporting event. Personal data will be processed to allow the association, Circle of Friends of the River ASD, the performance of the event, through the registration of those who have requested it, as well as for the promotion, management and conduct of the event.


The data will be processed by the organizer, Circolo Amici del Fiume ASD - Data controller - with procedures and procedures that also involve the use of electronic means, in compliance with the security measures adopted. The treatment will be carried out within the organization of the association, by the collaborators within the respective functions and in accordance with the instructions received, always and only for the achievement of the specific purposes indicated in this statement. For some activities, moreover, the association avails itself of trusting subjects that perform, on its behalf, technical and organizational tasks. At the end of the processing the data will be stored for a period of time compatible with the purposes referred to in paragraph 1. of this information, as well as with the fulfillment of any legal obligations in this regard.


Personal data may be communicated to the National Federation of belonging and to other subjects that act as managers or independent holders and may be disseminated through the publication on the Internet site and on the social networks of the Association, always for the performance of the purposes indicated in point 1 In particular, the photographs and videos of the event can be published to promote the event.

4. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY (Articles 12-23 of the Rules)

The Regulation grants the interested party the exercise of specific rights, including those to obtain from the Controller confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and their communication in an intelligible form; to have knowledge of the origin of the data, of the purposes and the modalities on which the treatment is based and of the logic applied to the processing cases carried out with the aid of electronic tools; to obtain, if the legal requirements and according to the procedures established by the Regulations, the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as updating, correction or, if there is interest , the integration of the same; to oppose, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data, to request the limitation of processing and to exercise the right to portability. It also has the right, when the conditions are met, to contact the Guarantor for the protection of personal data for what is within its competence. The use of the collected Data

This Application uses one technical cookie to remember the user session, its name is sessionid.
Some pages may use a technical cookie to protect the user against CSRF attacks, not persistent, its name is csrftoken.

This Application uses the Cookierulez Service to allow the user accept the privacy policy and the usage of cookies. A cookie named cookierulez is written to remeber the user's choice.

This site does not use proprietary profiling cookies.

The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: Interaction with external social networks and platforms, google maps services.
